It's so incredibly sad, US forests and parks are such a valuable part of what makes living in the US so special. My sister-in-law works on forests/parks and said the situation is really bad

So many bad decisions happening without thought that are literally going to cost us way more money than will be saved. So frustrating.

why would firing scientists matter for hiring firefighters? i’m confused by that

broadly speaking most of these parks should be State not National but i understand why people around California think it should be National..
