I've been doing Pilates 2-3x a week for a little over a year now which has been great for strength and flexibility but realized my cardio is not great I started adding kickboxing classes recently and LOVE it. Makes cardio so much more fun for me and I actually look forward to it

hello logging in just now - love this i am a pilates fiend had to switch from yoga to pilates when i hurt my back a long time ago. im all fixed up now but pilates stuck. i never really picked yoga back up again πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™€οΈ
