The part that I'm missing the most since we don't have investors is the telegram group chat where founders share major news about the company and everyone helps hype it up and share ๐

That's actually a cool idea! The only thing that feels different about that vs investor chat is how often I feel comfortable asking everyone for help sharing things (since founders are so busy but investors are incentivized to help you)

What if all the investors put a $100, and there's no paperwork - just verbal agreement - and they get to join a gc

ah I misunderstood I thought you meant like all the founders of the portcos in a gc but now realize you meant just all the investors in the co, still could work, but yea fundamentally different

If its worth anything Linda Iโm always here to help, even if you feel uncomfortable asking me to share stuff. I know weโre both busy founders but I do feel like mutual help compounds over time and it doesnโt have to be an even exchange of value immediately! what about hypersub subscribers? they're like mini-investors you could have a updates channel (no others talking) just to share these and get boosted ;)
