i agree with lght "keep going" if you can, but also, you are not obligated to *always* higher. feel the feels, rest, recover, recharge, etc - and get back on the Ⓗorse asap low points can be a launch pad to send higher, and high points can't exist without the opposite (feels awkward kind of arguing for the opposite of what lght just wrote, by using his own quote lmao, sorry dad. i had already started typing this before he replied 🤷‍♂️) anyway the point is: get after it if you can, but if you really can't, don't beat yourself up because you are certainly not alone. higher is not a straight line https://warpcast.com/lght.eth/0xc1ab594c

same page exactly then 👌 related, i have been thinking a lot about two topics you and chic discussed on higherfm ep1, self-throttling: is very common and prob most everyone has experienced it (very important to address internally) toxic positivity: that is a strange one and threw me for a bit of a loop. i've always been optimistic and it has helped me in many ways, but now for the past few days i've been mulling over this toxic positivity idea, and i think that's where my reply to sonya came from. important to acknowledge down-states rather than brush them off (not at all saying that's what you did here, keep going is a perfect vibe regardless of state). interested to hear more on that topic
