a little reorg and mirrors up in /thegarage gym this weekend! checked my notes, this morning was my 503rd (!!!) workout here since july 4th 2022 including the 6 weeks i took off (christmas break, travelling, etc) i am still averaging 4.3 sessions per week 💪 but the real question is .. do i have enough gas in the tank to ALSO do @afrochicks challenge 😰 today was: bentover rows 2x8 combo set 1; lat pulldowns 3x10 lunges 3x8 combo set 2; db lateral raises 3x10 good mornings 3x10 combo set 3; preacher curls 4x10 single leg calf raises 3x10
