Giving this a go on Monday 🏃 Looks like I've been taking the wrong approach with running, and with the Maffetone Method, it's meant to be easier. Benefits include building more endurance and preventing injuries, illness and overtraining Do you run often? Have your tried this method before?

It works. It is not a shortcut …. But … there are no shortcuts. Depending on where you’re at, your “maff pace” might really slow to start …. But that will change in time. You’ll be able to run faster at the same heart rate.

I have been unknowingly doing this. My goal has always been to build endurance and cover more distance over speed. But it’s really nice knowing there’s a methodology and a scientific explanation to it. PS; my best runs always happen when i’ve had loads of pineapples the night before.
