Giving this a go on Monday 🏃 Looks like I've been taking the wrong approach with running, and with the Maffetone Method, it's meant to be easier. Benefits include building more endurance and preventing injuries, illness and overtraining Do you run often? Have your tried this method before?

I have been unknowingly doing this. My goal has always been to build endurance and cover more distance over speed. But it’s really nice knowing there’s a methodology and a scientific explanation to it. PS; my best runs always happen when i’ve had loads of pineapples the night before.

Funny thing is that I've always felt that people that ran slowly were doing it wrong. After reading the article turns out it's what I should have been doing. I focused more on speed and set my speed to the same or greater on each workout session. I'll be grabbing some pineapple today 🍍
