3/9 In the aftermath, @conduit:

- refused to take ownership for damages to our community
- refused our requests to upgrade the chain 
- withheld our sequencer fees
- demanded a new contract absolving them of responsibility 
- negotiated said contract in bad faith over 3 months


Fellas if your chain withholds fees from you and can’t be upgraded without your vendor’s permission

as someone who has built with teams doing BD work....things evolve at an insane pace. 

appears that this has been an ongoing issue.

thats likely why its so messy...constantly negotiations and working with devs, pms, etc.

you get one answer and a deadline, then come time, you get another update and the goal posts move.

looks like @jacek has been extremely patient = much to expose.
