3/9 In the aftermath, @conduit:

- refused to take ownership for damages to our community
- refused our requests to upgrade the chain 
- withheld our sequencer fees
- demanded a new contract absolving them of responsibility 
- negotiated said contract in bad faith over 3 months


Fellas if your chain withholds fees from you and can’t be upgraded without your vendor’s permission

The entire play (deploying an L3) was under thought & poorly executed. Lost a lot of confidence in the team on that move. 

The transparency now is nice & makes me wonder how handcuffed zora dot co is with conduit (a dwr investment iirc).

Would like to hear conduit’s side of the story & then get this resolved & move on before more damage is done.
