Disagree: the more I think about it, it seems like Futarchy wouldn’t be possible without crypto. I think there’s a reason it’s become so popular amoung this community. We will see.

Futarchy has been around for a while, only until a few years ago has it started being implemented into organizations - only made possible by crypto. Perhaps Robin has not recognized the power of the hammer yet.

Is it really only made possible through crypto, or is it that polymarket was the first to go mainstream? There are other prediction markets that settle in fiat.
