Are markets too cold blooded to manage organizations? For example, could an organization building on Futarchy have an HR team with indirect veto authority? For example; if the market makes a decision to let go 50% of its employees, the HR team may be able to step in and delay the decision for a more “nuanced” or human-centric approach.
