Any recommendations for a home gym setup? Starting from 0, need equipment for both cardio and strength training.

Start with a trx set up, a pull-up bar, and a couple of kettlebells + dumbbells. See what works and if you can get in a rhythm, then start splurging for the equipment. I’d get an assault bike if I had the money.
