Going to the beach. I know, it's cliche. But also, heavy push in dreams to go introduce myself to local numinous beings or aquatic spirits of place. I last put feet into Pacific ocean in San Diego in 2007 and wasn't then really doing the practices I do now of thanking the water.

I got super excited about potential of being able to go into water clothing optional at Black's Beach, until we looked it up and realized either potential part of a mile down a cliff path or three mile walk along the beach. Sounds feasible maybe, except hyper mobile and I brought my wheelchair not cane.

My feet (and body) were last in the Pacific in 2017, when my parents flew me with them for my brother's destination wedding in Costa Rica. Again, didn't start my practice with water until some point around July 2019.

Thanking water grew from gratitude for spring fed sand pond at campground, where clothing was optional. After helping with maintenance stuff, head of grounds would take me up so I could better regulate my body temperature without having to put on a bathing suit for the river. Plus we could get glimpses of each other naked 😂🥰

clothing optional beaches are a thing I want to experience. I love being in the ocean. being naked would be so much more comfortable. 🥰❤️🔥 and I love that you thank the water. I do too. 🫶
