But also, heavy push in dreams to go introduce myself to local numinous beings or aquatic spirits of place.

I last put feet into Pacific ocean in San Diego in 2007 and wasn't then really doing the practices I do now of thanking the water.

I went in, wearing boxer briefs and tank top. I forgot how much the ocean plays with clothes, came out of a wave with nipples out 😂 thankfully no one nearby to scandalize.

Naturist clubs, if there is one in area / urban area, sometimes rent out pools for gatherings. It's not the same as wild water, but it helped me work through a lot of stuff in my 20s to see all different bodies, just enjoying being in water.
