Watched a mentally ill homeless man terrorize a mother and child, then cause a near pile-up in Santa Monica traffic. Letting people with severe mental illness live on streets isn't compassionate… it's dangerous for them AND everyone else. Deinstitutionalization was a mistake

I totally concur with you. We see this a lot in the homeless population in Canada too... it sucks really .
