Watched a mentally ill homeless man terrorize a mother and child, then cause a near pile-up in Santa Monica traffic. Letting people with severe mental illness live on streets isn't compassionate… it's dangerous for them AND everyone else. Deinstitutionalization was a mistake

It wasn't a mistake, it was intentional. CA is under long term political attack by Soros and co.
