I’ve been looking into buying fresh (not dried) royal jelly for energy - will report back if it helps Lately I’ve been using Needed sleep + relaxation support powder, and I do think I wake up in the morning feeling like I had a good sleep / less groggy. I also take their multivitamin. Semi related I also use Estrosmart/estrosense but more for general hormone health, has more of a noticeable impact on my cramps than energy levels.

Obligatory I’m not a girl, however, one of my really good friends who is an Ayurvedic healer once said Shilajit does wonders. And this has been confirmed by my mom and sister and other girls in my life. It also does wonders for my energy levels and I used to suffer from chronic fatigue
