The flowers? I guess as always, it depends on how much you want to focus its energy on producing crops. They do expend energy on flowering, so if you removed it, that would go back to the plant for other things like growing the courgette. On the other hand, they are pretty, too!

If you're talking about the male flowers then you do need some of them to pollinate the female ones so don't pick them all off. I usually take one each day or 2, stripe the petals and rub it on all the fresh female ones if the bees aren't working as hard as the should. Remember they can also be cooked as fritters too😉

Have some starting to produce as well! I would personally leave them until the plant grows a bit more, if anything just prune off anything that seems slightly unhealthy. Once there are several zucchinis starting, I like to hand pollinate the female blooms with the male residue using a paintbrush. Pretty soon you'll be having zucchinis coming out of your ears! 20 $degen

If you're talking about the remaining/ dying flower after fruit set then typically it will dry and fall off on its own - the best option. I have however picked them off in very wet conditions since they hang on and can cause blossom end rot on the developing courgettes. This is most often a problem late season in the UK as days shorten, temperature cools and we get more dew.
