I’m actually not hyper tuned to a sleep routine and still use screens near bedtime. I’d say biggest impact things (started getting 90-100% scores with these): - sleep cold (ooler) - vitamin D3 - Creatine - melatonin - relatively consistent bedtime (10-11pm)
