Since getting this CO2 meter, I’ve found there’s a high correlation with being unfocused and/or irritable with 800+ readings. Reminder to get some fresh air, open the window, etc.

Wow, super cool to see new metrics like that. I don’t have numbers for it but another tip: if you find yourself very productive at a coffee house or library, often it’s the chair and desk they set up. Sometimes if it’s good enough, you can just note down the brand and buy your own. Copy the ergonomics.

Also considering a CGM for a month and weaning off of caffeine. Trying to reduce days were I feel like I'm dragging.

It's a sensor that shows mg/dL. There is no guidance needed. You just need to figure out what experiments to run. I suggest for a first trial to just eat normally for the first week, to get a baseline sense of your glucose responses, and then try some experiments in the second week.
