What do you like to do with jujube? I buy dried whole korean jujube to make jujube tea, but I’d love to try to make new things.

I really just like eating them raw since they are like fall in a bite and good for digestion. They are really good cooked down in rock sugar/ water / fall spices and then you can sweeten tea with it or sweeten a cocktail. There is a Shanghai preparation where you steam them with mochi that I tried before it’s awesome
