not a specific program, but rowing has been absolutely killer for me full body workout, hits all major muscle groups, and burns calories like nothing else can also do it out on the water for some meditation or on an erg and pop on a tv show/movie. no treadmill bouncing, just nice and smooth

really depends on what you wanna accomplish. does athletic performance matter? aesthetics? raw strength? that’s kinda the beauty of a bulk, you can mold that extra clay however you see fit. imho, performance > but that’s just me.
