If decentralized Uber is possible, we are decades away from it.

I admire the ambition, but it’s important to focus our efforts on where we are at in the curve right now.

I'm not advocating for incremental. There's so much in between incremental and too early.

Too early = wrong. Hurts to see so much money and talent misallocated.

By definition, founders can only be early. The question is by how much. I think it is better to foster skills like grit and scrappiness in people going after big visions vs urge everyone to focus on the next incremental thing (how many AA companies are they now?). Also that is where the real VC return is in my opinion.
