Do you track your sleep? If yes, which device do you use? https://x.com/bryan_johnson/status/1824113567316213819?s=46&t=S_3I_XP3T8cHIt9n0AoxoQ

I tried sleeping with my whoop on and didn’t like having something on my wrist, but will try again to see if I can get used to it. The info was super helpful!

Used Oura for ~2 years. Gave me a pretty good idea on what I should and shouldn’t do to optimize REM and Deep Sleep. Might go back when next gen releases. Apple Watch allegedly tracks sleep well, but that would require me wearing a watch while I sleep 😐

A 2 year old yellow Labrador. I know a snarky answer, but I'm serious. She mirrors the quality of my sleep perfectly.

Mifit first and amazfit second, have been using them for 6 years or so… currently I have a cheap and old amazfit 5, spent more on straps than on the band itself! 🫠 the only ring I’d consider is the circular: vibration alarm is an absolute deal breaker for me. The killer feature of smart bands, on top of data

My terrible sleep is how I know I’m gonna die sooner than I’d like. Earplugs pitch black room and meditation and it’s a little better but I am a BAD sleeper.
