i made a kinda dumb cast month or so ago that i didn’t respect anon accounts that have nothing to lose so they attack people. i should’ve been more nuanced. i think pseudonymous accounts like roon, daniel, formerly beff jezos are essential to growing a social platform — and farcaster needs them. are any here?

I wish I could go anon but keep my followers. Even an approx signal (a zk badge that this anon account have X000 followers on main) would go a long way @kugusha.eth @warpcastadmin.eth what would fc need to do this in-protocol?

«Opportunity for a client». This is a long term idea for @33bits Anon/pseudoanon with zk proved reputation defined as traits (N followers, NFTs, proof of onchain activity). First step would be to have dynamically updated groups of these traits. I believe @lsankar.eth is doing smth in that direction too

Trustless ZKP for followers will be difficult because follow messages are stored in the hub crdt. Inefficient to work on that structured. I’d start with a trusted party index fid->followers, and do a membership proof in that structure. Long term some kind of recursive zkVM proof from crdt msgs would be best bet.
