Who are you building for? Understanding your audience is the foundation of what we build. Here are few questions to "kick the tires" on the understanding of your audience. - Have you deeply considered your audience's needs, pain points, and the problems they are trying to solve? - How well do you know the people and personas who will be interacting with your product? - What motivates their decision making? - How do you know that your solution addresses their most pressing concerns? Are you able to validate on a smaller scale before committing more resources to it? Let me know any other questions or insights you have found useful in identifying your audience.

An open letter to builders: The onchain movement is speeding up. Builders are building 🛠️ and progress, whether in the form of dApps, communities, memes, etc., is being made. But progress towards what? I believe most of us are striving to build something great and something that will enrich the onchain ecosystem, but are we asking the right questions? There's a fair chance for you the answer is a simple yes. However, perhaps for some of you, you have an idea but aren't yet finding the success you had hoped for. Or maybe the objective that you started with has shifted. I've been pretty silent on this platform, but hope to start to use my presence on here to ask some questions and share some thoughts that aid in building great products and communities. I love this graphic @jessepollak shared. While the goal is simple, the success of what we build hinges not just on the effort we pour into it, but on the clear understanding of why and for whom we are building it.
