really depends on what you wanna accomplish. does athletic performance matter? aesthetics? raw strength? that’s kinda the beauty of a bulk, you can mold that extra clay however you see fit. imho, performance > but that’s just me.

if you’re like me & like wider toe boxes, TYR has a pair of wide toe box lifting shoes. i’m not picky with lifting shoes. i’ve had success with most of the major brands, so i’d say try a few and see what sticks.

GM! Been a crazy week, but highly productive. Shot new fitness content, shot photos for two people, trained my clients, and i’m running out of gas 😂 If IRL things get in the way of a workout here and there - it’s totally fine. Live your life! More often than not the days off do more harm than good.

that’s like saying i’ve been investing for 3 years but i only got in 40% of what i wanna invest in. hips and legs are incredibly important, especially to the entire posterior chain.

@duckly probably gave you your best answer from what i’ve seen. i use pre and it’s much more than just caffeine. for creatine - get the plainest creatine monohydrate you can in bulk, which should be awful cheap, and take it regularly. no need to load or anything like that.
