A very disappointing aspect of the crypto community, for me, is a casual lack of empathy or fairness. Most are flagrantly shilling infra, memecoins & other unsustainable ponzis, without nary an acknowledgement of the reality that >90% people will lose a lot of money, enriching only the 1%. Others are afraid to speak up

What is the solution here apart from appealing to people. Any game theory ?

Sorry I don't understand how this is gonna solve this issue. From where I'm lokking a no-dev creates a token, do marketing gimmick, non-tech farming promoted, and voila a trendy new meme coin. And number of non-dev are way more than devs

Building and contributing are the best non-zero-sum ways to grow this ecosystem. Currently many just use onchain apps to get airdrops or trade meme coins to get lucky. If we could show them you have more chance to get lucky by building and contributing more, people will naturally do that.
