What is the best AI product for sourcing candidates for hiring via LinkedIn? I want to do smart filtering beyond the LinkedIn search features, e.g., >5 years out of college but <10 years of experience, etc. I have tried OpenAI Operator, but it seems like it's not capable of summarizing content from long browsing sessions yet, e.g., it stops browsing after a few candidates, makes up fake lists if request to make a long list, etc.

What is the best AI product for making a list with internet access, e.g., making a list of potential customers/companies? I have tried Google Sheet with Gemini but it does not have internet access and the results are not comprehensive.

It's interesting that most SWE roles don't need algorithmic skills but the algorithmic questions still dominate interview questions, while most don't assess more practical skills like finding and selecting the right libraries to use.

It could be as simple as their scars from missing the mobile wave (at the platform level, not just apps). Now, they take every potential platform shift (VR, crypto, LLMs) very seriously.
