Pumpkin cinnabons 🍂

These are so cozy and indulgent! The recipe might seem daunting, but if you try it at least once you'll want to do it again 😅 

dough:
- milk - 80 ml
- butter - 70 gr (melted, warm)
- pumpkin puree - 100 ml (store bought or made from boiled pumpkin)
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- spices: cardamom, ginger, cinnamon - 1/2 tsp each
- 1 egg
- instant yeast - 2 tsp (make sure it's not expired!)
- flour - 330-400 gr

filling:
- butter - 100 gr
- sugar - 100 gr (warm or room temp)
- cinnamon - 2 tbsp
- pumpkin puree - 2 tbsp (optional)

1. Mix the dough ingredients in the bowl in the same order as listed above. Add the flour in parts, until the dough is no longer sticky. Knead it by hand for 8-10 mins (it's quite meditative!)

2. Leave the dough in a warm place for ~1 hour, it should rise and double in size. Meanwhile make the filling by mixing its ingredients.
