Been trying to use up apples, so tried out a new apple pie recipe, hoping to make it a regular one. But it came out too crunchy on the outside and not cooked enough in the centre 😕 Tastes good though, and easy to make, so might give the recipe a second chance 🤔

A friend shared a recipe from this cookbook, it says it's an apple pie recipe from a polish pani living in California 😅 So yeah, very similar to sharlotka! But has less eggs and a shot of milk added.
