For now on I'll have "treat days" instead of "cheat days". It took me 4 years to come to the realization that "treat days" is a healthier way to think about taking a day out of the week (If I hit my fitness goal) to splurge on eating fun things I normally would not during the week. Cheat implies that you did not earn it. I earned it!

Substack notes has overtaken farcaster for me. I spend more time there because the integration with good reading is a killer feature. I don’t quite know what to do on farcaster anymore. I’d say 90% of the onchain app frame stuff doesn’t seem particularly interesting to me. The mechanisms are interesting but the ideas so far haven’t been for me.

Recently, I've been asking myself questions instead of a list "I need to do". For example, instead of "do: xyz", more "why do I need to do xyz?", "is this important? when will you come back to it?", "did you do xyz?" and then responding to it - huh why did I not think of this earlier?
