why? because for working with frames you can do it with a simple express server. and teach them about basic programming concepts with that

and from there evolve to a client

etc

basically, farcaster is a playground. and PLAY is the vehicle neural pathways to be formed inside us with more strength

It would be valuable to have simple and rate-limited API keys for tinkering with the protocol, as it would lower the barrier to entry for aspiring developers who may not be able to afford the $10 tier. This would allow them to test things out and learn how to use the protocol before making a financial commitment.
