Ser i am securing my bag first like the airplane safety instructions told me to πŸ˜‚ Bought my first two properties in the past 3 months and will open it up later this year probably. There are a bajillion japanese real estate sites/newsletters/brokers. I post good ones in @zujapan area and major cities in the telgram group. I keep a crm of people that engage in the community and am curating/prioritizing who to help buy houses based on that.

Def not. I got 7x the space (including a backyard) for 1/4th the price in @zujapan πŸ˜‡ ~$100/sqm. And im only 2 hours from tokyo surrounded by national parks, world class ski resorts, and hundreds of onsens Lifestyle/context is much better in Japan having spent 2 months in prospera at the first vitalia

Art day at Museum San an hour outside Seoul. Designed by japanese architect Tadao Ando it combines strong geometric shapes and intersecting floorplans with a deep integration and appreciation of nature. Combined with all the pale natural tones of the rock and concrete walls and pathways it creates an absolutely serene environment. High in the mountains there is no sounds except birds and the pools surrounding the museum. We were lucky it was a perfect spring day with clear skies to enjoy all the outdoor features and panoramic mountain views. Even better. This museum includes a sound bath dome for guided meditation sessions, a giant rock garden, and a permanent installation by James Turrell. πŸ’―/πŸ’―

Yes definitely. I find the in-cursor code to be the worst regardless of model. Inline tabs are handy though Gemini2 and grok3 tend to give best results but depends on the task/prompt so i often do both at once, mix together, then reprompt

Ya even after 2 years of development and tooling i feel like its still at the same level. Only thing its useful for is things that are entirely new to you like using a new language. It cant even write docs or comments well

Tried vibe coding after days of preparing docs, cursor rules, etc. and only got trash output so back to artisanal hand coding. Literally couldnt setup a babel config properly. Spent almost an hour prompting before i gave up and looked at docs and fixed the issue in <2 minutes. 🫣 Even with Cursor pro + composer mode + o3-mini + indexed docs Am i doing something wrong?

Went car camping for the first time last week. Normally ive done back country backpacking. Now i understand what glamping is. Was not expecting a massive 6 person tent, a 2 burner stove/table, heaters, and a full Korean dinner setup.

This feels like forever ago (2021) when I launched an onchain ETF with Index Coop called the Data Economy Index focused on data and AI tokens. It was super fun working with floc on the branding and design before we launched and I think the brand was a big reason we got to $4M TVL with no token incentives Unfortunately Index Coop didnt get the vision and shut it down in late 2022 right before the AI token run.
