Ser i am securing my bag first like the airplane safety instructions told me to 😂 Bought my first two properties in the past 3 months and will open it up later this year probably. 

There are a bajillion japanese real estate sites/newsletters/brokers. I post good ones in @zujapan area and major cities in the telgram group. 

I keep a crm of people that engage in the community and am curating/prioritizing who to help buy  houses based on that.
