There are a bajillion japanese real estate sites/newsletters/brokers. I post good ones in @zujapan area and major cities in the telgram group. 

I keep a crm of people that engage in the community and am curating/prioritizing who to help buy  houses based on that.

Im sold I wanna buy a house in zujapan too so they have a dedicated listing site or just its a certain area and one just buys near others?
