I write them down on notecards, and I regularly review all of my ideas. Then I’ll add more thoughts to the 3x5s and carry them around like a loon— but my brain is thankful. I also use voice memos, but those can go unprocessed for seasons!!! My 3x5 system I stole from Amy Landino on YouTube.
