The average number of meetings at Obsidian is around 0.04 meetings per week. That's ~2 meetings per year — all meetings included. Coordination happens via and Obsidian shared vault, Discord, and GitHub. When we do have a meeting, it's a destination meeting 🌴🍹

What are the things you DO meet for (except destination meetings)? Or do you do destinations every 6 months and no meeting policy? And do people spend time on video calls with colleagues for any other reason?
