The average number of meetings at Obsidian is around 0.04 meetings per week. That's ~2 meetings per year — all meetings included. Coordination happens via and Obsidian shared vault, Discord, and GitHub. When we do have a meeting, it's a destination meeting 🌴🍹

do you think it’s scalable to larger teams too? i’ve found remote setups natively lean to this approach, but never tried with 30+ people
