I'm interested on buying good (and healthy) cookware that it lasts, any recommendations?

Came here to list exactly these three. I've started to prefer carbon steel frying pan over cast iron (lighter).

love lodge. le creuset is overpriced but great - there are some knockoffs that are just as good. All-clad is what i came here to shill. I got one for a over a dozen years ago and it is just like new. I frequently move countries by plane and it is the only thing i take from the kitchen.

All-clad 😘 But then I’d say high quality carbon steel pan…but it’s all preference and cooking approach. How in all that is nice do you clean your le creuset? I feel like I’m in a constant battle with burned remnants.
