love lodge. le creuset is overpriced but great - there are some knockoffs that are just as good. All-clad is what i came here to shill. I got one for a over a dozen years ago and it is just like new. I frequently move countries by plane and it is the only thing i take from the kitchen.

All-clad 😘 But then I’d say high quality carbon steel pan…but it’s all preference and cooking approach. How in all that is nice do you clean your le creuset? I feel like I’m in a constant battle with burned remnants.
