I'm interested on buying good (and healthy) cookware that it lasts, any recommendations?

my oldest and most used cookware:

- Le Creuset dutch oven
- Lodge cast iron skillet
- All-Clad stainless steel sauté pan

But then I’d say high quality carbon steel pan…but it’s all preference and cooking approach. 

How in all that is nice do you clean your le creuset? I feel like I’m in a constant battle with burned remnants.
