Question.What differentiates Base from Zora from Optimism? 

Everyday artists out there want to know. They’re getting lost in the L2 sauce. The Medici drop was cool didn’t help win favor from many “smaller” artists out there.

there's no real difference and this fragmentation is one of the drawbacks of the roll-up centric roadmap few talk about

Maybe that's true now. But I hope each one starts to build out it's unique value proposition and as crypto continues to grow it will make more sense for there to be distinct niches that maybe are split up by L2s.

I agree. End users choosing chains is the wrong UX. 

Apps should transparently route to the right chain.
