Feel like I’ve had this too tbh.. been trying to up my protein intake, but pacing the supplementation throughout the day vs all or too much in one sitting has helped a lot

Sometimes, excessive protein intake can put a strain on your kidneys and liver, which might cause feelings of nausea as a side effect.

Everyone has a protein source that works best for their body. Many of my clients have complained of nausea when increasing their intake, and the common factor among them was that they were using protein powder or bars to supplement their protein.
