You don’t like cottage cheese otherwise I would have slid in DMs!! Half whole milk cottage cheese Half nonfat Greek yogurt Handful (maybe 2/3 cup?) of frozen mixed berries Can replace the cottage cheese with all yogurt but cottage cheese has more protein!

patience..... i am still working my way around to the real reason everyone buys the machine (making desserts with protein powder) 😉 going to go there with my next pint did goat milk, fruit only, yogurt/cc combo..... the true high protein ice cream is in my sightline
