You don’t like cottage cheese otherwise I would have slid in DMs!! 

Half whole milk cottage cheese
Half nonfat Greek yogurt 
Handful (maybe 2/3 cup?) of frozen mixed berries 

Can replace the cottage cheese with all yogurt but cottage cheese has more protein!
