ive found it nearly impossible to get people to go from having no interest in "being online" to becoming active on social, especially when coaching execs.

Pretty much I am learning this now And I think this is important for readers to understand on the other end too, like as a point of media literacy, to avoid falling into a mimetic trap

hard to do, but founders hiring ghostwriters need to find people with similar expertise to them. can't have a jr memer writing for an exec who runs a lending business. what do they know about banking?
