Vitriol on X against Sriram’s appointment has so far led to what seems to me a very positive outcome:

I’m obviously team Sriram but I suspect these battle lines aren’t changing any time soon. 

MAGA’s foundation is immigration. All of it.

Ive observed the MAGA base square a lot of ideological circles though. 

If Trump supports high end immigration, his followers can figure out a way to adjust their worldview for that exception. 

Hope it will happen. Sacks (vocally) and Elon (more carefully) seem off to the right start.

Tim. Look at your own screenshot. Sacks went from dogging on “old Twitter” (while neglecting to mention the immigrants at the top who actually did the censorship, getting him L+ratioed)  to publicly praising Stephen Miller….

Your point seems to be that Sacks and Elon are holding their ground wrt to high skilled immigration and/or there is possibility for compromise. 

Sacks basically has fully rolled off. Miller is not interested in h1b reform but in abolition. Elon meanwhile has gone full Vivek and is essentially saying native born Americans are retards. None of this is particularly indicative of an integrated view

This doesn’t seem to be addressing my point. (What do you think my point is?)
