isn’t it almost three categories? with carbs (gatorade zero), without (pedialyte) and rest should be labelled “fad, stay away” …?

with carbs (gatorade, liquid IV)
without carbs/minimal carbs (gatorade zero, LMNT)

and then looking at
mineral content specifically (ie LMNT is super salty, not all formulations have all minerals)
what sweetener is used if any
if artificial colors or other additives

gatorade zero doesn't have any carbs -- no sugar
pedialyte and liquid iv both have carbs but lower compared to gatorade which has most carbs of most of the brands i've looked at, although haven't peeked at many sport formulations yet
