mineral content specifically (ie LMNT is super salty, not all formulations have all minerals)
what sweetener is used if any
if artificial colors or other additives

isn’t it almost three categories? with carbs (gatorade zero), without (pedialyte) and rest should be labelled “fad, stay away” …?

I just bought the D2C electrolytes in the pump bottle 😆 they actually are good but also I am still unsure so I have not talked about it yet 🙃

anything D2C is automatically off the list

Honestly I'd start with something as simple as a lemonade especially if sea salt or himalayan salt is used. unrefined salt has a ton of minerals already in it. And with fresh lemons it's honestly the perfect summer drink

You can just buy the magnesium, potassium, sodium directly and it’s way cheaper and higher quality
