donβt buy it. some of the longest-living people are in warm places: okinawa, nicoya, ikaria, corsica. cold comes with its own issues: vit d deficiency, sad, high viral loads, less movement. or maybe blue zone thesis rly in shambles

born and raised here (phx) i live bordering the city all the old people retire (sun city). the ones with enough money leave for summer and come for winter and we call them snow birds but i guess they're doing it right. fun fact: they drive places cuz there's no public transit so during those months driving in the area is a little less fun. π΄π»ππ₯΄ especially the ones driving the tour bus sized RVs π
